New contract with Santa Clara Valley Water District - Landscape Rebate Program

Waterwise is administering the Landscape Rebate Program on behalf of the Santa Clara Valley Water District. This program is a process which provides rebates to single family, multi-family and commercial customers for the replacement of high water using landscape such as turf grass, with low water using plants, permeable hardscape, drip irrigation equipment and Weather Based Irrigation Controllers. Implementation of this program includes sending application packets to customers after their survey has been completed. When there landscaping project has been completed, all purchased items are entered into a database which calculates their rebate. The completed packet is then sent to Santa Clara Valley Water District so that a post inspection can be completed.

By participating in this program, customers are better able to manage their landscape irrigation and lower their overall water consumption.
