Program Management
![]() WaterWise has many years of experience with managing water conservation programs. The experienced staff at WaterWise stands ready to overcome all obstacles associated with water conservation projects. Our past efforts have been successful with the following programs:
Metropolitan Water District – California Friendly Landscape
Training (CFLT) The CFLT program was designed to train professional landscapers about various techniques to conserve water in their landscapes. WaterWise has successfully managed this program and made it the most sought-after bilingual educational program in California by increasing class effectiveness. Class attendance has increased by over 600%.
High Efficiency Toilets (HET)
The HET program relieves water agencies of the logistics and staff required to coordinate such large-scale toilet exchange events. WaterWise has distributed over 35,000 ULFTs in California.
Large Landscape Audits
The Large Landscape program focuses on providing efficient irrigation strategies for sites with large areas of landscape. The audit primarily consists of an evaluation of the existing irrigation system components, system layout and irrigation practices in relation to the plant material, climate, and topography of the site. WaterWise has conducted numerous audits throughout Southern California and is here to assist in implementing the right program for your agency.
Residential Water Survey
A residential water survey consists of having a well-trained and experienced surveyor visit a residence to review indoor as well as outdoor water use. This is accomplished by surveying indoor plumbing fixtures, outdoor irrigation systems, and landscape plant material. WaterWise has conducted thousands of residential surveys and can help you manage a program which can be both customer friendly and water efficient.
