Rebate Program Now Open

Looking to replace a high-water-using device in your house or business?

Take a look at the devices below to see if you qualify for a rebate before you make a purchase. Applying for a rebate is simple and can cover a portion of the cost of a new, water-saving device. Please see the terms and conditions before submitting a rebate application.

The following items qualify for a rebate:

High-Efficient Toilets

1.28 GPF: $150 (Maximum 2 rebates per household.)

1.1 GPF or less: $250 (Maximum 2 rebates per household.)

For most homes, 30% of their indoor water usage is used by toilets. The newest generation of toilets use significantly less water per flush than their predecessors. For this program, we are currently providing a rebate for 1.28 and 0.8 gallon per flush (GPF) toilets. There is a higher rebate provided for the installation of 0.8 GPF toilets due to higher water savings.

High-Efficient Urinals

0.125 GPF: $300 (Maximum 4 rebates per site.)

Waterless: $400 (Maximum 4 rebates per site.)

These devices use about 0.125 gallons per flush (GPF), which is a large improvement over non-efficient devices, which use around 1.6 GPF or more per flush. These urinals can save around 88% more than their predecessors. Urinals also come in a waterless option that can save up to 40,000 gallons per year. These devices use gravity and a special lightweight trap in order to let waste pass through without the use of water.

High-Efficient Washing Machines

$250 (Maximum 1 rebate per household and must meet CEE Tier 1 standards.)

Older washing machines can use up to 40 gallons per load while the newest models use a fraction of that. In order to receive a rebate, the device purchased must meet or exceed CEE tier 1 standards.

High-Efficient Dishwashers

$100 (Maximum 1 rebate per household and must meet CEE Tier 1 standards.)

The newest models of these devices use between 3 to 5 gallons per load, resulting in high water and energy savings. Please click here to see qualifying models.

Hot Water Recirculating Pumps

$100 (Maximum 1 per household/site.)

Hot Water Recirculating Pumps bring convenience and water savings to your home by giving you hot water instantly at every faucet or shower when needed. This unique product uses a timer to know when to circulate hot water and connects easily to existing plumbing.

Evaporative Coolers

$100 (Maximum 1 per household/site.)

These devices use water blown through a fan in order to help cool down a room and typically use 15 to 35% of the electricity needed to power an air conditioner. They come in all shapes and sizes, and function indoor and outdoor to fit different needs.
